The new Modelithics VersiCal™ calibration software enables accurate broad-band vector network analyzer “cSOLT” and “cSOLR” calibrations using more complex modeling of lumped standards. The software is compatible with most modern VNAs and is ideal for in-fixture or on-wafer calibration use. The software also has other applications, such as improved SOLT calibrations with fixed coaxial loads, with comparable accuracy to sliding load or a TRL calibrations. A calibration comparison tool is included to allow quick and convenient accuracy calibrations between alternative methods. Available support services include custom calibration standard preparation and modeling.
