Modelithics Expands Non-Linear Transistor Library; Adds TriQuint Models and More Version 4.0 Now Available for Agilent ADS!
Tampa, Florida —May 2009
Modelithics, Inc. has announced the release of an enhanced version of the Modelithics NLT Library™ version 4.0, now with support for new TriQuint Semiconductor GaAs pHEMT and HFET models, among other updates.. The Modelithics’ Non-Linear Transistor (NLT) Library enables RF designers to model key performance parameters with high accuracy eliminating the expense or time necessary with PC board prototyping. Additional models for a range of TriQuint Semiconductor’s TGAxxx amplifiers are also contained in Modelithics recently updated System Level Component (SLC) Library™ version 2.0.
The new Triquint models make it faster and easier for design engineers to predict noise, substrate effects, temperature dependence, broad-bandwidth, non-linear distortion, efficiency and high power, among other stringent requirements commonly required in state-of-the-art RF & microwave design.
